Doors and windows tools

Technical specifications:
The tools are made with the programmed size in both diameter and height and can be used both on traditional machines and CNC machines. The necessary operations to switch from one thickness to the next performing all radially and tools have been designed so as to allow to replace the inserts and change the thickness directly on the machine without removing the cutters from the spindle as well.
The micro-grain carbide cutting edges is the highest quality to ensure long tool life. The tools are marked with our logo and the maximum rotation per minute, which must never be exceeded.

The tools are designed using modern programs and built using CNC machines, providing the opportunity to get the windows certified according to:

• Air tight standard EN 1026 - EN 12207;
  

• Waterproof standard EN 1027 - EN 12208;
  

• Wind resistance sandard EN 12211 - EN 12210;
  

• Sound performances standard UNI EN 8204.
